Wire Lead Assemblies
By using automated equipment we are able to provide a product to the customer very efficiently. We have the ability to work with our customers to create stocking plans that allow for a quality part to be delivered on time at a very competitive price.
A wire lead is a single wire cut to length with the ends blunt cut, stripped and insulation retained, stripped and tinned or stripped and terminated with a contact.
On-glass Connector Systems
At PC Systems, we design and manufacture electrical interconnects for on-glass connector systems. Typically, parts include a wide variety of pre-soldered terminals and single, dual or multiple wire lead assemblies being processed for use in power and signal applications. Also, standard processes include high speed double-ended wire applicators, injection molding, precision stamping, automated solder deposition and automated fluxing processes.
This vertical integration ensures the most cost effective solutions for those customers we service.
Do you have some concerns with how you will process these connectors on your production line? Perhaps you are not sure what solder alloy you should specify. You can either contact our Engineering department for assistance or review this whitepaper on Soldering Electrical Connectors to Glass which summarizes some important concepts for you.
